A brand ambassador (also known as a corporate ambassador) is a person who is hired by a brand to represent them in a positive light. The aim of hiring the brand ambassador is to increase brand awareness, brand favorability and generate sales. Brand ambassadors are required to embody the corporate identity of the brand in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics. What can a brand ambassador do for you? Brand Ambassadors can: Widen your reach – Ambassadors in your niche already serve a large audience of people who are interested in the same things. By coordinating with them you’ll be able to reach a much wider range of people who have not yet heard of your product or service. Humanize your brand – Consumers are able to relate more with a human face than a faceless brand is. How to see who views your Instagram profile

Wanting to know who your key fans are? Thankfully Instagram has great analytics so that you can see who is highly engaged with the content you are making. So if you want to know how to see who views your Instagram profile read on! First things first you will need to have a business account in order to see who views your Instagram profile. If you don’t have one set up then you can follow our guide at the end of this post. How to see how many people visited your profile in the last seven days 1. You will need to have had the Business account on for at least seven days in order to let Instagram track that data in order to show you who is viewing your profile. 2. After seven days, you will be able to see how many profile visits you have had at the top of your profile. 3. If you click on this number, you can get a further break down of when you had the most visitors throughout the week and how many accounts you have reached within the last seven days. Basically, how many people have seen your posts or manually stalked your account. If you want to dive a little deeper and see who are making up the Instagram profile views you will need to use a third party app due to Instagrams privacy settings. This will show you how to see who views your Instagram profile INSTAMUTUAL InstaMutual is an application available for iOS, lets you see who is checking your Instagram account. You can keep this feature on for 24 hours to see every user that is visiting your account. The app is easy to manage and use. Download From iTunes INSTAVIEW InstaView is also a very popular app to check who checked your Instagram Account. This app is available for both iOS and Android. InstaView allows you to see up to 200 recent views of that Instagram profile of yours. Download From PlayStore Download From PlayStore How to see when your followers are most active You can even find out when your followers are most active to maximise the engagement and getting your posts in front of your followers. 1. Go on Insights and click on Audience. 2. Scroll down and under “Followers” you will see a bar chart of what time of the day your followers are most active. 3. You can change the days of the week to see how the activity of your followers varies from day to day. 4. Post your picture and watch those likes roll in. How to see your best performing posts You can do this for both your Instagram stories and your Instagram posts. 1. Go on Insights and click “Content.” 2. Are you wondering how to get your brand on the top of the Instagram Story Viewer list? Or perhaps you wonder why your personal viewer is ranked a certain way. Today, I’m going to tell you exactly how and why Instagram places your story viewers in the order that it does. Over the past year Instagram has made many algorithm changed to improve the user experience. Allowing a tailored feed based on the users likes, interactions and engagement.  This meant removing the timely posts in our feed to popular posts. Here is how Instagram ranks the people viewing your Instagram stories: (Above is is stellar IG story creation by J. Crew) The people who appear at the top of your viewers list are the people who you interact with the most, not the other way around.   As you can see in the top right hand corner I LOVE lucky leo dancewear. It has more to do with your activity than your followers activity. The algorithm is curating a personalized feed by recognizing who you’re interacting with the most. This tells Instagram that this is the content you are most interested in therefor that is what will show up first on your Instagram Story Viewer? Why? They want to keep you on the platform for as long as they can. The instagram story viewer curation algorithm works on: Instagram accounts that you comment on the most Users stories that you view regularly People you DM The profiles you view most frequently Your feed is based on your activity, not theirs. Tips to increase Instagram Story views Tell a story! Seems simple right?  Just like a movie your story should tell a sequence of events for users to follow along with. Exciting stories that keep us coming back for more have a plot structure. You need to give the user a reason to come back and view the rest of your story. What will your story reveal? Plot diagram thanks to Story Board That.   2. Post Often and in Peak Times. Posting frequently throughout the day keeps your story at the top of user’s feed and posting when your users are most active will ensure more views for your story. To see the best times for you to post check out the analytics on your Instagram account. You will need to have a business profile in order to have this feature enabled. The insights are worth it! Social media is about being social! Mention you’re followers or tag influencers. Post get 56% more engagement when they tag others! Just make sure it is relevant. Wondering how to make instagram highlight covers? This article will show you a step by step guide of how to make your own personalized highlight covers for Instagram. For those who like the path of least resistance we have some fun free downloads you can use too! Why should I use Instagram Highlight Covers? Instagram highlight covers allow you to keep your content easily accessible and organised based on the subjects your Instagram account covers. For instance you may have a fashion based Instagram. You could organsie your Instagram Highlight covers in clothing styles such as dresses, tops or pants. You could also try summer, fall, winter and spring fashion. Fitness accounts could feature workouts and food. Free Instagram highlight covers I have got to say I am a major fan of these free pre made Instagram highlight covers. I have linked the websites to the photos so just simply click away! How to make custom Instagram Highlights Covers If the above don’t tickle you pink, you can create your own highlight covers My go to designing tool is Canva. It’s easy free and you don’t need to be a graphic designer to produce the same results as one. Step 1: Click “Create a design” in the upper-left. Step 2: Navigate down to the section “Social Media & Email Headers,” and click on “Etsy Shop Icon.” Step 3: Choose “ELEMENTS” from the toolbar on the left hand side menu. Step 4: Click on the “Icons” tab. This will bring up all of the icons available. Some are free and premium icons are paid.   After you choose the icon you want as your custom Instagram Highlights cover, just choose a background color, and click “Download.” Make sure the icon isn’t so large that parts of it will be lost during Instagram’s circular cropping. One thing I love about Canva is that is will save your brand colors so that you don’t have to go searching for the file numbers each time you are creating new content. Step 5: You are all done with the content creation of your Instagram highlight cover. Now all you need to do is to send it your phone, go back to Instagram, and post it as a new Story. There is a two step strategy to achieving this. Most people go for the large and most popular hashtags but that is a no no! Especially if you are a start up account. Your hashtag will go to waste. Why?  You are going to get lost in the feed of millions of users who are also trying to catch the attention of that hashtags audience. The key is: You want to be able to out rank other accounts. If no one can see you then your opportunity to go viral is very low.  To do that you need to go niche. I like to spice up my hashtag recipe with: 2:3 smaller hashtags being 50k and under 1:3 popular, trending or viral instagram hashtags. To help you decide on how large or small to go simply: Look at how many likes the top posts have on them. That will give you an indicator on whether you need to move to a smaller hashtag to gain that precious real-estate. Let’s look at a real life example of an Instagram hashtag strategy: On my personal account @jadore.vanessa. An account that indulges in aerial arts, dance and flexibility.  I use the following hashtags on some of my posts: #aerialbeauty #yogajournal #Lyra#acrobatics #trapeze #yoga #aerialarts#pepearts #circus #aerialsilks #aerialhoops#aerialyoga #aeriallyra #aerialdancer#aeriallife #aerialists #aerialhammock#circusinspiration #acrobat#aerialmovement #crazysexyyoga#circusarts #circuslove #circusgirl#circuseverdamnday #mommyfit   In the above hashtags I have applied the three tier hashtag strategy. When we go to view the hashtag #aerialdancer on the bottom left hand photo we can see that in the top posts there are features with only 58 likes. How to delete an instagram account 2018

So you want to delete your Instagram account? It’s a little tricky compared to how easy it is to deactivate your Facebook profile so we put together this handy guide on to delete an instagram account. You can either follow the steps below or watch the video on how to delete an instagram account in 2018. But we do warn you deleting your Instagram is not for the faint hearted. Be sure to read deleting and Instagram account vs Deactivating an Instagram account first. Social media freedom at last! Deleting and Instagram account VS Deactivating an Instagram account Deleting your Instagram account only requires a few clicks with this handy guide. If you are thinking about deleting your account you can never go back! Scary!!  Deleting your Instagram account permanently deletes not only your account but  everything associated with it.  Your photos, videos, comments, likes, follows, and followers. Instagram states it will not  reactivate your account if you change your mind later down the track.  Even worse neither you (or anyone else) will be able to sign up with the same username ever again. Ouch! If you’re unsure about the possibility of wanting to regain access to your Instagram account at a later time, Instagram does offer a temporary deactivation feature. This allows you to deactivate your account for a brief period of time, and still access it later. It that doesn’t sound appealing, however, we’ve outlined how to deactivate your account below. How to delete an instagram account To permanently delete your account: Go to the Delete Your Account page. If you’re not logged into Instagram on the web, you’ll be asked to log in first. You can’t delete your account from within the Instagram app. Select an option from the drop-down menu next to Why are you deleting your account? and re-enter your password. The option to permanently delete your account will only appear after you’ve selected a reason from the menu. Click or tap Permanently delete my account. If you’d like to delete a different account, click the username in the top-right of the Delete Your Account page, tap/click on next to username and select Log Out. Are you stuck wondering “Why don’t i have the link option on instagram?” This post will show you practical results based steps that you can implement today on how to get the swipe up feature on your instagram account. What are the benefits of having the swipe up feature on Instagram?   Did you know Instagram gives you extra tools to market yourself when you hit 10k followers? For those brands and influencers with profiles with over 10,000+ followers, you have the option to add a clickable link to your story. This option is a surefire way to drive traffic to your website, products or blog. This handy swipe up feature on Instagram allows the user to stay in the app and browse your URL link whether it is a blog post, products for sale or website. This seamless experience makes the user much more likely to view your content take action and go back to their social media binging on Instagram. Why don’t I have the link option on Instagram? To be eligible for the swipe up feature on Instagram you need to have an Instagram Business account with 10,000 followers. Many marketing experts believe Instagram sets the 10k milestone so spammers can’t just make a million accounts and desensitize the engagement from stories right away. Which is great because we want to be able to have engaged users!     This enables Instagram stories to be a high level conversion of traffic.🙌 Music to the marketers ears. 🎵 What other alternative are there to the swipe up feature on Instagram? There are two main alternatives that you can use if your account is not yet eligible for the Instagram swipe up feature. These are: Utilising the linked bio and shouting out in your copy to visit the link. Facebook ads. Option one is highly ineffective as it disturbs the natural user browsing experience. The product would really need to have a strong pull for the Instagram user to want to stop their browsing experience and move over to their profile and click the link in the bio.  Let’s face it the hardest part with the bio link is actually getting people to click it. The user journey for the Linked in bio feature is as follows: Users have to click out of your story or Instagram post, visit your profile, click on the link, this redirects them out of Instagram and only then do they arrive on your website. 🙄 It’s a lot of steps. And with the short attention span common in the online world, most accounts don’t see a lot of click-throughs.   The second option Facebook ads. This is a seamless process and the advertiser has the choice of keeping the user in app or externally taking them out of the app.  The downside to this strategy is that it is much more pricey as you are paying for a borrowed audience while the swipe up feature is free. Social Media has created a platform for individuals to: Grab attention, educate, communicate, entertain, and inspire massive global audiences. It has allowed normal day people to become celebrities! How? By giving the opportunity to individuals to build powerful brands that can influence millions of people. Something that was once unheard of. It has turned the old school media industries on its head. Photography, modeling and media publication has reversed their business model. Once were the days of being paid to be in a magazine. These days magazines are requesting models and photographers to pay to have their images featured.  Now the consumer and the rise of the influencer is shaping society, media and advertising today as we know it.
